§ 02 Submission policy
NuClide submits novel samples to public platforms after confirming novelty (not already in VT/MB/OTX/GitHub), verifying the artifact is actually malware (not legitimate operator software), and giving relevant abuse contacts and victim CERTs time to begin remediation. Live malware binaries are not committed to this repo per GitHub AUP but the hashes, IOCs, and public-platform URLs are.
